PAPER GOODS POLICY

As an independent designer, Johna J brings you quality custom designs at affordable and competitive prices. With first hand knowledge of the wedding industry, Johna J helps Brides attain their vision by researching the best deals on materials.

 

TURNAROUND PERIOD

 

Turnaround periods are subject to change based on demand and workload. Rush Orders are accepted at extra charge. Check with Johna J for current turnaround time for your projects needs.

  • WEDDING INVITATIONS. Normal Turnaround is 4-6 weeks but also dependent on the quantity ordered. Approximately 1-2 weeks to for shipment of materials, 1 week for sample approval, 2-3 weeks to put together, and 2-3 for shipping. For Rush Order, +$50 for 3 week turnaround, +$100 for 2 week turnaround, and $150 for 1 week turnaround. These fees pay for the rush order on your materials as well as rush labor.

 

STEPS IN THE ORDER PROCESS

 

  • ESTIMATE – A consultation will determine your needs and wants. Once decided, I will provide an estimate of your order, which includes an itemized list of materials, labor charges and shipping costs.

  • DEPOSIT – Once the estimate is approved, a deposit of 75% of the estimate total is required to move forward. Client is responsible for providing the content they want on their invitations.

  • DESIGN APPROVAL – Once deposit is received, you will be provided with a draft of your invite. You will have 3 font variations to choose from. You will need to select a font to move forward with, then a draft of your extras will be provided.

  • SAMPLE APPROVAL – Once the design is approved, you will get pictures of the sample. You also have the option of receiving the physical sample for $5.00.

  • REMAINING BALANCE – Upon sample approval, a final invoice of the remaining balance will be issued.

  • PRODUCTION – As soon as payment is received in full, production will begin. Production time is roughly 2-3 weeks from the time remaining balance is received.

  • SHIPPING – All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days domestically and 10-15 business days internationally. Expedited shipping is available if needed. All packages come with tracking and insurance.

 

REVISIONS

 

You are allotted 2 revisions with your order. +$10 for every 2 revisions thereafter.

 

RETURNS

 

Most all items by Johna J Designs are custom and personalized, therefore cannot be returned. Every effort will be taken to rationally resolve any issue with your order.
